You can renew your domains in two different ways: manually or automatically.
None of your domains is active, so you can’t renew any of them. For more information, contact Support.
Manual Renewal
If your domain is set to manually renew, you’ll receive multiple reminder emails and you’ll see a red Renew button or an alert sign in the upper right-hand corner of your account once your expiration date gets close (about 45 days prior). At that point, you’ll have two choices:
Click on the alerts in your account:
Looks like all your domains are set to automatically renew. Nothing to worry about here.
Here are the domains you have set to manually renew in your account:
Expiration date
Cannot renew after this date
Log in to your GoDaddy account.
Next to the domain you want to use, click the red Renew button, or click on the alert notification in the upper right side of your account:
Follow the prompts and complete the checkout process.
Or, turn on automatic renewal:
Turn on automatic renewal in your account.
Automatic Renewal
The best way to ensure that your domain remains available to you and only you is to turn on auto renew.
